We are always working on what’s next here at Spectrum. We begin evaluating crosses from our breeding program 5-7 years in advance of the final product making our active hybrid offerings. We start with 1000 potential candidates. We then narrow that selection to 100 potentials, from which we pick the 3-5 new hybrids that meet the highest standard for inclusion in our line-up of premium Non-GMO hybrids. As we continue to develop industry leading hybrids, here is an early look at what we we will release in 2020… stay tuned for yield data this fall from our class of ’18.
